Warranty Policy

At HorizonMart, we stand behind the quality of our products. Most items you purchase from us include a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

1. What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Electrical/mechanical faults occurring under normal use

  • Items that arrive defective or become faulty during normal operation

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage caused by use (scratches, dents, etc.)

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect

  • Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs

  • Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, bulbs) unless faulty upon arrival

3. Warranty Period

  • Standard coverage: 12 months from the date of delivery

  • Some products may carry a longer or manufacturer-specific warranty (if applicable, details will be shown on the product page or included with the product documentation)

4. How to Make a Claim

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Email warranty@horizonmart.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Include photos or video evidence of the fault where possible.

  3. Our support team will review your claim and may provide troubleshooting steps.

  4. If necessary, we’ll arrange for the item to be returned for inspection.

5. Resolution Options

If your warranty claim is approved, we may provide one of the following:

  • Repair of the item

  • Replacement with the same or equivalent product

  • Full refund if repair or replacement is not possible

6. Costs

  • HorizonMart covers the cost of return shipping for valid warranty claims.

  • If the claim is rejected (e.g., damage due to misuse), the customer may be responsible for inspection and return costs.

7. Your Statutory Rights

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law, including your right to return faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
