Q: How do I place an order?
Simply add items to your cart and follow the checkout process. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major debit/credit cards.
Q: Is it safe to shop on HorizonMart?
Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed by trusted providers — we never store your full card details.

Q: Do you ship outside the UK?
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
Q: How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your returns policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Q: Who pays return shipping?

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: HorizonMart covers return postage.

If you change your mind: return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Q: How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Products & Warranty
Q: Are your products new and genuine?
Yes — all our products are new, authentic, and sourced from trusted suppliers. Any exceptions (such as refurbished products) are clearly marked.
Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated, all items include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
